Discussing World Prematurity Day with the NICU Lived Network

Dr Clare Whitehead and Professor Brett Manley discuss PLATIPUS with the NICU Lived Network on World Prematurity Day.

On World Prematurity Day, the NICU Lived Network spoke with Dr Clare Whitehead (Obstetrician) and Professor Brett Manley (Neonatologist) from the Royal Women's Hospital, Melbourne who co-lead the PLATIPUS trial - a world-first Adaptive Platform Trial assessing multiple interventions during pregnancy, at birth and in neonatal units to improve the health of preterm infants.

The NICU Lived Network asked questions important to parents including what is PLATIPUS, and how will it contribute to improved health outcomes for mothers and babies?
